I, Muhammad Mujahid, the Co-founder of Recrudio – Pakistans First Video Resume Web-Portal strongly believes in innovation and doing things out of the box. Im being the poster child of beating the odds as I used my past & deficiencies to propel my future. My burning desire of doing something great not only for the society but for the universe, days & nights working and selfless efforts brings me closer to my journey of invention. This journey served me as the initiation of Recrudio, Pakistans 1st Video Resume Web portal that helps companies to find the right talent for their organization faster and cheaper than ever before. I hold around four years of experience and have worked with corporate professionals, social personalities, entrepreneurs and different multinational companies such as British Council, IBEX Global and TRG as a sales guy, customer service champ and change agent. Being a Masters in Human Resources I am an expert in the art of conversation and possess great communication skills. Before even the completion of my Masters in Human Resources from Worlds top known institute, University of The Punjab, I have started working on my own founded start-up that brings revolutionary change in the process of human resource and my start-up get incubated in “Google for Entrepreneurs”.
